Accredited AHERA Building Inspections for asbestos. Mold and Lead Based Paint sampling.

Single area or material sampling all the way up to entire home/building inspection for asbestos containing materials, mold and lead based paint.

RESIDENTIAL INSPECTIONS

Doing this preliminary test before your remodel or demolition begins is not only the legal way to proceed but the safest and the choice that has the most common sense. Not only do you want to remain safe but also having knowledge at least a month before your project begins sets you up to avoid future snags.

COMMERCIAL INSPECTIONS

Contractors, avoid the pitfalls of potential litigation from tenants, employees or customers by performing an Accredited AHERA Building inspection *PRIOR* to beginning any remodel. Not only does the law require it but it clears you from liability going forward.

MOLD INVESTIGATION

This involves looking around the home for trouble areas to see if there are any visible mold growth areas. In addition, a moisture meter will be used to determine if there are in issues that might not be able to be seen with the naked eye. Lastly, air sampling will be performed using spore traps to see the spore count of mold spores in each area that is needed.

LEAD BASED PAINT SAMPLING

This is done in pre-1978 homes on both the exterior, interior or both depending on the needs of the project. Lead based paint chips will be collected and analyzed to see the lead content of each paint in the home.
